Terms of service
The rules for using the Larevis service: subscription, trial period, payments, cancellation and handling of customer data. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Effective from 26 September 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Czech original; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
1. Introductory provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of the Larevis service and the customer using the service. The operator is:
Company ID (IČO) 24533882, registered office Kabešova 943/2, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9
registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 442882
Email: support@larevis.com · Web: larevis.com
Not VAT-registered.
The service is intended exclusively for businesses, i.e. companies and self-employed persons using it as part of their business activity. The customer confirms this by providing a company ID or VAT number when setting up the company. Consumer protection provisions therefore do not apply to the relationship.
The contract is concluded when the company is set up in the application and these Terms are accepted, or, for plans billed by invoice, by signing or confirming a quote. Where something different has been agreed with the customer in writing (a quote, an individual contract), that agreement takes precedence.
2. Definitions
- Service - the Larevis web application at larevis.com: the internal job map, the public reference map and related features.
- Customer - a business for which a company is set up in the application and which pays for the Service.
- Company - the customer's space in the application, with its jobs, users and settings.
- User - a person with their own login account whom the customer has invited to the company.
- Owner - the user who set up the company or to whom ownership was transferred. Only the owner manages the subscription.
- Content - everything the customer and its users put into the Service: jobs, notes, files, photos, drawings.
- Public map - the reference map the customer publishes at its own address or embeds on its website.
- Plan - a pricing plan with a given scope of features and number of users according to the price list at larevis.com.
3. Account and company
Registration requires a valid email address, which the user confirms. When setting up the company, the customer provides truthful identification details; we verify Czech companies by company ID (IČO) in the ARES register and companies from other EU states by VAT number.
Each user has their own account and does not share their login details with anyone. The customer is responsible for whom it invites to the company, what permissions it grants them, and for its users' conduct in the Service. If it discovers misuse of an account, it will report it without undue delay to support@larevis.com.
The operator may block an account or a company in the event of a breach of these Terms, an attack on the Service or other misuse.
4. Scope of the Service
The Service is used to record jobs on a map, to manage them internally and to publish selected jobs as references. The scope of features and limits (number of users, jobs, approval, custom domain) depends on the chosen plan.
We develop the Service continuously. We may change and add features; however, a change must not substantially limit what the customer has in its paid plan until the end of the period already paid for.
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee availability without outages. We will announce in advance any planned downtime that would significantly limit customers. Map data and address search are provided by external providers (Mapy.com, OpenStreetMap) and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
5. Plans and prices
Current plans and prices are listed in the price list at larevis.com. The Solo and Team plans are ordered and paid online. The Company and Custom plans are invoiced according to an individual agreement; these Terms apply to them reasonably unless the agreement provides otherwise.
The operator is not registered for VAT; the prices stated are final. Customers based in the Czech Republic are billed in Czech crowns, customers from other EU states in euros. For customers from another EU state, the obligation to account for VAT may pass to the customer (reverse charge); the customer assesses this according to its own situation.
We may change prices. We will notify the owner of a change by email at least 30 days in advance, and it takes effect only from the following billing period. If the customer disagrees, it may cancel the subscription before then.
6. Trial period
We offer a 14-day trial period for online plans. At its start the customer enters a payment card; nothing is charged during the trial, the card is only verified.
About three days before the trial ends, we send the owner a reminder by email. If the customer does not cancel the subscription by the end of the trial, it automatically switches to paid mode and the first payment for the chosen plan and period is charged to the card.
The trial can be used once per user and once per company ID or VAT number. Changing the plan during the trial neither ends nor extends it.
7. Payments and subscription renewal
Online subscriptions are paid in advance for a month or a year by payment card through the Stripe payment gateway. At the end of the period the subscription renews automatically for the same period until the customer cancels it. A receipt for each payment is available in subscription management and is sent by email.
If a payment fails, the payment gateway retries it over several days and in the meantime the company is marked as "past due"; the owner can change the card in subscription management. If the payment remains unpaid, we switch the company to read-only mode: the data stays stored but cannot be changed, and the public map is hidden. Once paid, the Service is restored.
8. Changing the plan and number of users
The owner changes the plan and the number of users on the Subscription page in the application:
- Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately; the prorated price difference until the end of the period is added to the next payment.
- Switching from monthly to annual billing takes effect immediately; the annual payment is charged at once and the unused part of the month is deducted.
- Downgrading to a lower plan or switching from annual to monthly billing takes effect from the next period. Nothing is refunded for the rest of the paid period.
- Extra users (on the Team plan) are added and removed with prorated settlement in the next payment.
- A plan with fewer users can only be chosen if the existing users, including pending invitations, fit into it.
During the trial all changes take effect immediately and nothing is charged.
9. Cancelling the subscription and terminating the contract
The subscription can be cancelled at any time without giving a reason in subscription management or by email to support@larevis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then the Service works in full. Payments for the unused part of the period are not refunded.
The operator may terminate the contract with one month's notice, or with immediate effect in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. If we terminate through no fault of the customer, we will refund the prorated part of the subscription for the unused period.
After the subscription ends, the company stays in read-only mode for 90 days; the customer can export its data or renew the subscription. After that we permanently delete the company, including jobs, files and the public map. A registration for which payment was not completed is deleted after 7 days. Records required for accounting and tax purposes are kept for the period required by law.
10. Customer content and the public map
Content belongs to the customer. The customer grants the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, back up, display and otherwise technically process the Content to the extent necessary to operate the Service. We do not otherwise use, sell or share it.
The customer decides what is published on the public map. Only details the customer fills in for publication are published, and the location is rounded to approximately 100 m. The customer is responsible for having the right to publish the reference (for example the client's consent, where needed) and for the published Content not infringing the rights of third parties or the law.
We may disable access to Content that is manifestly unlawful; we will inform the customer.
All rights to the Service, its code, design and the Larevis name belong to the operator. The customer acquires the right to use the Service for the duration of the contract.
11. Processing personal data on behalf of the customer
Content may include personal data, such as a client's name, the job address, notes or photos. For this data the customer is the controller and the operator its processor under Article 28 GDPR. This article is the data processing agreement:
- Subject and purpose: storing, displaying, searching, exporting and publishing (only on the customer's instruction) Content within the Service.
- Duration: for the term of the contract and the period under article 9 (90 days), after which we delete the data.
- Categories of persons and data: the customer's clients and contact persons; names, addresses and locations of jobs, notes, photos and documents. The customer does not put special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) into the Service.
- Instructions: we process data only on the customer's instructions, which are these Terms and the actions the customer performs in the Service.
- Operator access: we look into Content only to the extent necessary for support the customer has requested or to fix a fault. Every such access is logged in the application. Persons with access are bound by confidentiality.
- Security: measures under Article 32 GDPR described in the Privacy policy.
- Sub-processors: the customer gives general authorisation to engage the providers listed in the Privacy policy. We will inform the customer in advance of an intended change, and the customer may object to it or terminate the contract.
- Assistance: we will help the customer handle data subject requests and meet its obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR; the Service allows data to be corrected, deleted and exported. We will notify the customer of a security breach without undue delay.
- Demonstrating compliance: on request we will provide the information needed to demonstrate compliance with this agreement.
If a data subject contacts us directly, we will forward the request to the customer.
12. Liability and complaints
Report defects in the Service (malfunction, prolonged unavailability, data loss through our fault) to support@larevis.com. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. The customer is entitled to have the defect remedied and, for a defect lasting longer than a reasonable time, to a reasonable discount for the affected period.
We are not liable for damage caused by:
- incorrect use of the Service or the conduct of the customer's users,
- content the customer has entered or published,
- outages of third-party services (hosting, payment gateway, map data, email),
- circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, large-scale cyber attacks).
The operator's total liability for damage is limited to the amount the customer paid for the Service in the last 12 months; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We back up data regularly; nevertheless, we recommend exporting important data regularly.
13. Prohibited conduct
Neither the customer nor its users may:
- use the Service in breach of the law or to spread unlawful content,
- attempt to access other customers' data or the Service's infrastructure,
- circumvent the plan's technical limits or security measures,
- overload the Service, download it automatically (scraping) or resell it without our consent,
- upload malicious software.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may change the Terms, in particular because of the development of the Service, changes in the law or prices. We will announce a change by email to the owner or in the application at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the customer disagrees, it may terminate the contract by the effective date; otherwise the new version applies.
15. Final provisions
The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. We will resolve disputes primarily by agreement; otherwise they are decided by the general court with jurisdiction for the operator's registered office.
If any provision is invalid, the others remain in force. Communication takes place electronically, by email and in the application. We send notices to the customer to the email of the company owner.
These Terms are executed in Czech. This English version is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
These Terms are effective from 26 September 2026.
