“Where was that job we did last year?”
The answer is in a spreadsheet, an email, or only in a colleague's head.
Larevis combines job tracking with a map of your work. See what's happening where, without spreadsheets, digging through folders or juggling several lists. Publish finished jobs to your website in one click.

Why Larevis
The answer is in a spreadsheet, an email, or only in a colleague's head.
Address in a text message, drawing on a shared drive, contact in someone else's phone.
Your web developer has to update it, and there's never time.
And you send them photos from your phone.
One record instead of five places. Your internal map and your customer-facing references fill themselves from it.
How it works
Enter a job once. Inside the company you see everything - price, contact, notes from the field. Only what you approve goes public, and only in the form you approved.
Signed-in users from your company. Nobody else can get in.
A page on your own domain, or a map embedded in your website.
What's inside
Job records, a map and references on your website. Three things a contractor with work spread across the region currently pieces together from five tools.
An address, coordinates or a pasted map link - Larevis pulls out the coordinates itself. Find a job by where it is.
Enquiry, quote, ordered, planned, in progress, done. Filtering by status, category, client or person in charge switches both the map and the list - how much is running in one region this year takes two clicks.
Routes, work zones, phases and plot boundaries as separate layers you can switch on and off. For each job separately.
The technician proposes, the owner approves. Nothing reaches the public map without this step - and you can see who published what.
One line of code puts the project map on your website. It updates itself as approved jobs are added.
Client and contact, dates, person in charge, estimated value, documents and change history. A technician in the field opens the job and has it all.

FAQ
A web app for companies and tradespeople who work in the field. All your jobs are on one internal map, and you publish finished work in one click as a project map you embed on your own website.
Field contractors keep jobs scattered across spreadsheets, Google Maps, shared drives and email, and the references page on their website is out of date because someone has to update it by hand. Larevis turns that into one record on a map: enter a job once, keep the client, dates and documents with it, and publish finished work in one click as a project map on your own website.
That works while you have a handful of jobs. After that you're maintaining two places at once, sorting out who has which version, and hand-picking points without sensitive details for your website. In Larevis each job exists once, with its status and documents, and only an approved version goes on the public map - no prices or contacts, location rounded to 100 m.
Detailed comparison with spreadsheets and Google Maps →Any contractor whose work has an address: builders, solar and heat pump installers, insulation, landscaping and groundworks, service and maintenance. From sole traders to companies with a whole team.
It doesn't do invoicing, accounting or stock, and it won't. But you can keep clients, dates, documents and job status in it. Smaller companies use it as their only job record; larger ones use it alongside their CRM, accounting system or a spreadsheet.
No. The public map has its own address you can send in quotes or put in your email signature. Embedding it on a website is an extra option.
On the Company plan not everyone can publish, and approval is a separate step. You can also withdraw a publication at any time - within a minute it disappears from the map on your website too.
We'll import them. On the Company plan migration is included; for other plans we agree based on scope. You can export everything back at any time - your data is yours.
Yes, the map and job entry are built for phones. The location can come from the device's GPS, so a technician can log the point right on site.
Plans are based on how many people sign in - from a single tradesperson to a company with a team. The first 14 days are free and you can cancel anytime, no commitment. Current prices are on the pricing page at larevis.com.
Anyone who signs in. Customers looking at your public map don't count and never will.
